Customer Service Representative
Key Role Responsibilities
This is a busy and varied role that would suit a self-motivated and customer service guru. You will be required to take ownership for providing friendly “front of house” customer service excellence to assist in maintaining our goal of 100% happy customers. Specifically, your duties will include:
- Managing and responding to customer enquiries
- Processing phone and online sales orders accurately, attention to detail is a must have skill for this role
- Managing our customer database
- Providing remote support to customers
- Resolve customer complaints, issues or concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times with a level of satisfaction
- Providing information about our products and services, addressing any questions or concerns
- Ensure all interactions are logged in our system to ensure communication is up to date at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to offer expert advise to customers
- Strive to meet or exceed performance and service targets
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail is a must in this role
- To be able to juggle numerous issues at one time
- A warm and professional manner
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent/advanced computing skills, including MS Office suite.
- Previous experience with Netsuite is preferred

Junior Assistant

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All general warehouse duties, including picking and packing goods and dispatching items to customers
- Unpacking items for the embroidery department and packing up all completed orders ready for dispatch
- Support the Embroidery team in ensuring all production schedules are met
- Assisting with the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse
- General assistance to both departments as needs arise on a daily basis, e.g.: tidying of premises daily, rubbish removal, organising orders for the team
We are looking for someone who loves to be organised and has exceptional attention to detail, as well as being ready to jump in and assist our teams as needed. No day is ever the same!
For this role we do not require any prior experience as training will be provided on the job. It’s a great opportunity to start out, build your skills and potentially work your way to other roles within the company.
Remuneration – Hourly rate to be determined based on applicants skill level and age.
